CAIJA (Continuous AI Job Advisor) is an AI-powered career advisory tool that analyzes the fit between your resume and a target job description. It provides scoring, gap analysis, tailoring recommendations, and interview positioning guidance.

2. Acceptable Use

When using CAIJA, you agree to:

• Upload only your own resume or one you have authorization to analyze.
• Provide genuine job descriptions from real postings — not fabricated or misleading content.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the analysis engine.
• Not use the service for discriminatory hiring practices.
• Not exceed the usage limits defined by your subscription tier.

CAIJA does not guarantee employment outcomes. A high fit score does not guarantee you will receive an interview or job offer. A low score does not mean you are unqualified. Our analysis reflects how your resume text aligns with the stated job requirements — actual hiring decisions involve many factors beyond resume screening.

5. Subscription Tiers

• Starter — Free, no account required. Core analysis only, no history or persistence.
• Basic — Requires account. Analysis history, comparison features, limited monthly analyses.
• Pro — Requires account. Extended features including resume and cover letter generation.
• Premium — Requires account. Full feature access including My Career tools, gap analytics, and role discovery.

Tier pricing, limits, and features are subject to change. Paid tier subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume and any content you upload. CAIJA does not claim any rights to your documents. The analysis reports generated by CAIJA are provided for your personal use. The CAIJA platform, scoring engine, and analysis methodology are proprietary.

7. Limitation of Liability

CAIJA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAIJA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, career decisions made based on analysis results, or data loss.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your stored data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CAIJA constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
